Write to us
Questions about a piece, a size or an order go to one address: [email protected].
About an order
Include the order number from the page shown after checkout, and the name the order was placed under. That is enough for us to find it.
About a piece
Name the piece and the size you are considering. If the question is about measurements, the product page already lists the garment measurements and the fit note.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn pieces. Before sending anything back, write to [email protected] with the order number so the return can be recorded.
Policies
Shipping windows, return conditions, privacy and terms each have their own page: shipping, returns, privacy, terms.
